"Between August 2014 and February 2015 Introye was contracted to conduct a telephonic survey on behalf of JET Education Services. The task was quite complex as the interviews were long and very involved. In addition, the calls relied on respondents’ availability and their understanding of the context on which the interviews were based. Further, the task required Introye’s researchers to understand the complexities of the questions, to understand the definitions of terms that are endemic to the context of the research and to familiarise themselves with the various possible responses that they could receive from the respondents. This was an extremely tall order given to Introye and their staff; and yet, the researchers were able to execute the task professionally. They overshot the target set, and were able to provide excellent before and after sales service. Introye has a niche in the market survey sector, but with the JET research, they were able to show off their mettle in the education research sector.
